Please remove right click teleport cuff and jail system. Pakis fly at you undetected and press right click. Argonath robbery is way better. It's not even fun being a robber and team killing cops.

/sur to surrender
/cuff to cuff and take people to jail
or good old days shootout near shops

Firstly, we have different people playing the server not only ''Pakis''. Secondly, if we remove right click cuff, robbers will be overpowered than the cops, the cops earlier had many issues with continously typing the 3 commands to arrest the robber, they had to /drag a robber out of his vehicle first, then /cuff him, then /arrest him. This became very hard for the robbers, to use these commands on a robber as soon as they could, and it had become overpowered for the robbers. It was decided then, instead of /cuff, we'll add right click to make things easier, and we shortened /arrest to /ar. But guess what, still cops find it hard. :D It's all about skills, at the end of the day. If you think cops have an advantage over the robbers, then no, let me correct you there, robbers too can use right click to break their cuff, but at a very steady position.

Argonath robbery is way better.
That is not for me and you to decide, the playercount says all.

It's not even fun being a robber and team killing cops.
What do you mean team killing the cops? We have a few rules that everyone have to follow, and it surely does not include a group of robbers team killing a cop. Cop hunting is strictly prohibited in the server, a wanted robber cannot kill a cop, unless the cop is chasing him. Have a look at our DM rules for clarification here; https://vccnr.viceworld.org/index.php?topic=59 Those who don't follow these rules, get warned/drowned.

/sur is already present in there server, we have a timer in which, the robber who wants to surrender will be frozen for a while, so a cop nearby or present in the server could arrest him, if no one is in the server, he'll be automatically be sent to jail. Maybe we can add later on that, inorder to surrender, if the server has no cops, you need to be at a police station. Your idea sounds nice too, cuffing a robber and then taking him to jail, that's sounds nice, we'll see what we can do. The VCCNR now is kinda similar to the previous ones. The future updates will be changing the gamemodes.

This is what GTA meant to be.

the server is great, and I appreciate admins work, especially admins who really made the server an enjoyable place like pizznoodles, fleka and npclorox

but there are two things I dont like, first is that the staff team isnt so strict and give warn for serious rulebreaking like intentional heliblading

and the second is the RMB breakcuff and cuff system, they are so abusive to a point that when I knock down cuff he is still able to cuff me and arrest me within 2 seconds, the only argument against removing this is that cops are disadvantaged but I don't think so.Cops can fight and have accessibilty to assault rifles and even hunters/sea-sparrows (only high ranked cops)

I see it quite unfair for criminals.
