well why then not to set a ping limit to 100-120? Ping gives much more advantage than low fps.
Anyway, if it could be tested (0.4 magic release with fps checker or checking every single person), minus ~1/6 of participants because I think many plays on laptops or similar shit.

That was before server fixed, and it's not a big advantage - look at my deaths, they could easily kill me anyway with any range weapon, LBR rockz and another LBR were the problem.

also uji was always raging about blues having fps hacks (LOOOL), i also heard he caught and banned many fps hackers in XE... just to clear this... Uji, you know nothing about how to detect high fps, and probably 90% of the guys you banned on XE weren't even using anything.

When there was only about 20 - 25 players... I was just specing and the second i spawned, i was kicked.

btw if you spectate for more than 15 secs you got kicked, also you might spawn at the moment the kick cmd was entered, once happen to me.
