Title: What ethnicity was Tommy Vercetti?

Vercetti is very Italian sounding but he has a pretty brown complexion

I'm from Morocco ,and DiaBLoO is my nick , if there's another one who use my nick ,I think it's not me.
I have no idea in what you was talkin' about guys ,I guess we was talkin' about Vercetti's ethnicity(descent) or origin ,isn't ?
sry, I'm a newbie here if ther's a problem, well someone explain to me I can't understand the situation here,maybe I can be helpful ;)
