I found a quick solution. Head to (http://viceunderdogs.com/index.php?action=profile;area=theme;u=1638) or Profile > Forum Profile > Look and Layout. There will be

Current Theme:
Forum or Board Default (Change)

Click on Change. There will be a variety of themes. Leave the first THEME. Which is being used by 2135 Users. Scroll down there will be 2 more themes. XMas and Vice Underdogs. Select Your choice and click on [Use this theme].

EDIT: There's something wrong with Vice Underdogs theme so use XMas one until it's fixed. :p
