EDIT: Please Shawn can you tell me what's the point of playing Dota 2? I mean.. VCMP as example, you need to join a server, kill people to earn money, with that money you can purchase cars, properties, and weapons, so how about Dota 2? and the same question goes to CoC, can you explain please?

Ive had a research, I couldn't find gameplays on YT, but, I understood that popular games are:

1. Minecraft: 2011 (I think they made  thousands of vids about it (including pewdiepie) so nobody will give a daym about mine)
2. GtaV: 2013 (My PC ram is good as well as my fps)
3. Pokemon Go: 2016 (I don't like it)
4. Dota 2: 2013

Maybe, get some unique charisma. For example, play a shooting game like a noob with your usual girly chit-chat. Once you get killed, turn on rage mode "YOU FUCKING CHEATING CUNT ILL REKT U M9< COME 1V1 ME FUCKIN BITCH I FUK UR MUM". It will surely turn on 9 yr old Call of Duty kids(That's atleast 100k subscribers for you).

Most webcams have their own software. Windows default webcam software also does the job. I'm not familiar with recording.

If you want to seriously move up in this track, the initial hardware investment will cost you a lot. In today's digital age, the competition would be hard. Along with a charismatic personality, you would need some video editing skills, advanced photoshop and a gaming rig to stream demanding games at 1080p.

But, that's life. Good things are never easy.

I edited my vids about TS3 my self, and Murdock helps me in Sony Vegas when I need a really good editing, so no worries about that.
