Because I don't own minelord.com and the provider Windy choose fucked up their DNSSec.
So proper DNS services, like the public google DNS, refuse to resolve it.
While I try to fix it, you can use http://minelord.thijn.ovh/stats/vcmp/activity/ as an alternative link.

I can't seem to access any of the two links, it just hangs there forever :-X
EDIT: after literally minutes it loads, though I got one MySQL error, I forgot to screen it and it didn't appear again.

Maybe cache copy, same as what Punk said, loading and loading then timeout

It needs some love. When it was made the database wasn't that big and loading took a few seconds but wasn't too bad. Now it's grown a bit an need some SQL improvements.
