I think that you didn't get our point ZeD. You still judging about in-game situations such his ping. We are testing his actitude and what kind of person is he. Sometimes the skills is secondary.

If VU was accepting people only judging by their skill, it would have been disbanded years ago. Perhaps a person lacks skill, but that can be improved, unlike some attitude issues.
