Quality sucks...

Does anyone know how to improve video quality? for example from 480p to 720p?

I'm having Sony Vegas but i don't know how to use it to improve quality, if anyone knows please tell me or give me a link for a tutorial.  :)

You can't.

Yeah. Physically you can't improve a video's quality IF that vid has already been rendered. But if you have made a video in Sony Vegas, before you render it, go to Properties and where it says "Template", change it into a more HD one.

Oh well, it seems i can't improve, and i made an intro for my videos and i mistaken and rendered it to 480p.

Anyways thanks for helping.
