In the last months I've been ingame with Almo quite a lot, and I see a great progress. An intelligent guy who also has some good skills and teamwork. He has surely gained my trust and I even encouraged him to re-apply as I'd like to see and help Almo become a potential member of our family.

I'm voting Trainee and I'd also like to encourage others to give Almo a chance.  :thumbsup:
