Vice Underdogs Management

The Administration Circle is to maintain the clan's vision, manage the forum, take care of internal disputes and discipline, and act as a constitutional court, ensuring that the clan and all its members do not stray from the clan ethos and constitution. It is also responsible for ensuring clan management is executed according to clan policy.


The Development Circle is responsible for finding and creating new growth opportunities, within the clan and between other clans. It is responsible for creating and managing events such as clan wars, fostering partnerships, coordinating rivalries and maintaining VU's competitive advantage over other clans and groups.

The Recruitment Circle is responsible for attracting, shortlisting and managing new applicants to the clan. It is responsible for identifying key players we wish to be part of the clan, and forming and executing strategies to attract them.


Regarding policy decisions and disciplinary measures, no circle may act without consulting all full members. If they wish to take a policy or disciplinary decision, they must summarize their evidence, lay out their reasoning, provide a suggested course of action, and poll all full members. Notes: The ranking system is completely dynamic. Members are added/removed from the respective circles based on the their activity level and ability to perform certain duties. Inactive members are kept off the list.
