So you're saying it's our problem that your IP is changing and by using that, you are evading your ban, basically showing no respect to XE server.

That means you got a Dynamic IP adress.Ip depicts the same place,but another computer.If your banned,your ip changes.To prevent it either buy a Static IP adress or dont enter the server until you get a message that your unbanned.Even i got a dynamic ip adress.
