It came to our attention over the course of the group stages that the servers were being used by non-vcdc participants, at non-vcdc times. We have decided this is a kickable and if repeated, a ban-able offense. Also it came to our attention that the passwords of the servers were given out by everyone. This is going to change, the rules are as follows;
- The Public are welcome to spectate the fight, but must ask a VCDC admin for the password and if found to be breaking any of the rules will be kicked instantly
- When fights are being held, everyone must be silent. This is to prevent the fighters getting distracted. Spectators will recieve a warning if they do, and if they repeat the offense they will be kicked.
- The password for the servers will be changed weekly. It will be released on the forum, in a board only the fighters can see. The fighters must not give out the password to the public, but instruct them to ask an admin instead.
- Players are welcome to hang around after/before fights and mess around, but if there are no fights going on near the time they are on the server, they will be kicked.
Anyone found to have broken these rules will be dealt with by the admin team.
