This is my first ban for UID problem so i will be thankful if you unban me

Unbanned, if you will be banned again for the same reason we won't be able to unban you.

I suggest you to play only on one pc and don't format / upgrade your system.

If it's strictly updates, no, if it's moving from one service pack to the next (Windows XP SP2 to SP3) or Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, there's a chance that could cause an issue, especially the latter. I'd advise not to do such until after Vice War.

And of course, OS reinstall and/or upgrade will cause UID mismatch
