That page shows all black for me, can't really see anything there, but once again: Whatever features that mouse gives you, it does so by not changing any game behaviour., it just changes mouse behaviour. The tool, changes vice city game memory addresses. I also don't believe that any mouse exists that has a specific function for "Vice City weapon zooming". It doesn't matter, if you have non gaming mouse and use asi to adjust mouse sens or have a gaming mouse and adjust sens by its drivers. Does it even matter? want 100% fair play? lock everything in game to default so nothing can be customized from game. Then we will have 100% fair play. modifying sniper scope for accuracy at long range where laser can't reach/appear, modifying palms to invisible for clear view and shooting player hiding behind them is cheating too. Doesn't matter done by modifying game or using a third party hack. Both affects gameplay no matter if it is changing game address or using system wide programs. Both provide same thing. Just done different way.

PS: lemme point out what administrations said when it came to banning players with greenless vc mod, they said they can't detect it on other screen only from user's perspective, since when is axis adjustment detected from other perspective except user's.

I only read NewK's post, so I'll disappoint you with this: You can set y-x sensitivities directly to mice like Razer via software (Razer Synapse). I could do that on my Razer mouse. I think I already posted a screenshot about a year ago. So you can't do anything about that as not only vcmp players do that. I mean, personally I don't do that because I prefer y-x sens on the same level. However, zoom sensitivity would already be considered as cheating or whatever.

It's not the same thing done in a different way. Zooming sensitivity can only be done with the tool. The mouse you linked has SCROLL sensitivity and you have to toggle it, the tool has ZOOM sensitivity. It changes ZOOM SENSITIVITY without affecting the SCROLL sensitivity, you can increase ZOOM sensitivity but scroll speed isn't affected when changing weapons. With the mouse you can't do that. You can only do that by pressing buttons on the side of the mouse to toggle those changes. So as you see, it's not the same thing done in a different way. It's very different.
