Let me be perfectly clear once again, next post that is not from a VU member judging on previous or gathered information about the applicant or a non-member with RELEVANT information about the applicant, not your marginal hatred towards each other will be banned.

On a personal note, I believe you can be a VU I also think there's lots of work to be done but looking at the things you have already accomplished, I know you have it in you to break the necessary barriers.

12 of us  stand by our vote of confidence in you and keep our trainee votes. I'm gonna be straight forward, theres 18 that still are not convinced, I know your aware of that. I'm telling you this not to discourage you but to fuel that potential that you have on turning the situation around to your favor. It probably not be now, but I know it'll come to the day that you'll reach that goal.

This doesn't mean your app is closed or denied, like I said being straight forward with you. I strongly believe that we should consider to give this app a closer look and not vote slightly. Good luck man!

TrapHole, unfortunately for this time we do not think is fitting to accept this application.

There's several points there needs to be a lot of improvement. For starters activity is very important not only in-game but in platforms where VUs are most active, per say Forum/discord... There's been talks about your maturity level seen by various of our members who have been monitoring closely this aspect, that at the moment don't seem to go with our Ethos or what we believe we look for in a VU.

I encourage you to take some time and work overall in what you think will be best if you re apply in a near future, but definitely take into account what's stated above.

Okay, this is very much surprising. This is kind of those application you get very few. nice to have you re-think about VU after a while JuaN. I was very much inactive from your time around here but you made a name for yourself and thats always great to see from former VUs.

That being said, reading through your app there's several stuff I would like to go over before giving out my vote. There's that last paragraph in which you mention a bad relationship with an important member. Things have changed a lot believe me from back in the day and its very important for us as a team to have a well-organized, well-mannered and a strong bond within our guys. You've mentioned you can do well in teamwork putting the clan first, which is awesome but my first question to you is; have you thought about building bridges?

You're probably aware of our ethos(or maybe remember some sort of it). Do you consider yourself living this VU values?

I see you as a very strong personality, maybe i'm wrong idk... Could this be a problem? We've had many issues in the back cause of silly little stuff that strong personalities can't be mature enough to resolve.

I'm not gonna put your skills under questioning cause we all know your capabilities within the gameplay. That is not going to be a reason I would vote negative towards you. but I would basically would like to see that maturity/human side of Juan that is trying to join VU.

You come way back from our golden ages in 0.3 is always nice to see players like you still around. If you ask me what I would like to get out of you now if you do become one of us. Its your experience and knowledge that can be passed on to our younger members. As Ferrari mentioned... If VUs can get this from you it would be a solid pick, and hope as well you learn some stuff through VU as well.

Its long but I needed to get to know this before I vote. I'm a team guy and like to protect our own. Watching you navigate yourself through this will show me what I need to know to vote.
