I think it is time for me to start scripting as almost 4 months to become 14 and I am in need of scripting tools, info, tutorials and basic thingys so I can start learning how to do magic (script for VCMP)

whenever I enter to ViceWar7 beta test server, I write my password but it keeps telling me that it is wrong. I actually got a pic of the day I registered thus I know my pass but why it tells me it is wrong, what's happening?? any ideas?

well most of you don't know what does griefing mean, as far as I know griefing is disallowed in other online gaming communities, let me explain it to you:
It is killing a player, then killing him at their point of death or the spawn. Or otherwise performing actions in a game to prevent the player from enjoying it.
here's an example I faced in EC days ago: 5 players were cooperating and camping at my spawn point(waiting me to spawn) then they start shooting and killing me many times until the game becomes very annoying and bothering. I couldn't kill any of them due to the cancerous lag and the big number. And the PROBLEM is (that made me get shocked) is that one of the staff members were griefing too. as I know the staff member must look for balance as much as possible and serve the server so that players wouldn't get annoyed but instead of that he plays only for ig benefits and stats, and that what makes this community toxic.

I'm not coming here to whine like most of you think that I do, but it would be great if I can see your opinions regarding this topic.

I downloaded GTA3 Audio  Editor tool in order to edit my sound weps to those which HAN have in his videos.
I got the weapon sound mod name and I downloaded it. When editing the sfx archive. an error appears like that "I/O error" I didnt know the reason and when I rebuild an error like this "read beyond end of file" appears and the software crashes. After opening the game I realised that the whole sfx data is damaged. Sounds playing automatically and others play wrong. the polic siren is replaced with a laugh one. The footsteps are replaced withthe ambulance siren. I fixed this by replacing all sfx files found in audio folder by original ones(THANK GOD I HAD A CLEAN COPY OF VICE CITY) but I want custom sound weps: HELP ME since I know I'm dealing with well experienced men!! :)

Well, all of you know that The horrifying killers is a very little gang and I consider this unfair because there are only about 6 members and in other gangs there is a huge number of players(+70) Some of you probably heard that we're going to withdraw our gang and it does seem to take a long time for admins to do this as there are many things to manage as well as unfinished scripts. But I still have hope. I realised that the number of participants at other gangs would clear our fate at VICE WAR 7 and it is loosing so we need more players to join the H.K, We're not like MarineForce so please join this gang. I'm begging you guys for community's sake. We assure to you that you will have fun with us as well as you're going to have a serious cooperative battles. Indeed!!!

As you all know, Vice City is an old game for old computers.Althought we had fun playing it singleplayer or multiplayer but...Will vice city be alive several years later, I'm not sure cuz as I noticed the only alive servers I see in my browser are LW(1ST) VKs(2nd) and EC(3rd). I own a pentium 4 computer with windows xp and 1GB ram, MSN Geforce 7300 LE graphics card, most of you will be too surprized since everyone now owns an Intel Core i7 or Xeon CPU, I'll keep playing Vice City even a decade later but: You could own a game like GTA 5 And play its online content and Then... you realize that it is awesome and screw Vice City MP and bla bla bla........ Then you Forgot everything about VCMP and clans will die and people will go play a new game......


6 years and we have the 20th anniversary of Vice City

We could revive it if Rockstar games were nice with us and made a remake of the whole game

Half Life is 20th years old and still people playing it with a large amout of servers and players than Half-Life 2 DeathMatch
So will Vice City be alive after several years??? :-\ :-\ :-\ :-[
