"I press F2 at startup, I type the admin password and get into bios, I want to change some boot settings for some bootable drive stuff but I can't change anything and everything is greyed out, help"

not everything though, some highlighted in blue allow me to change them, but others aren't

as far as I can tell it is set to "view only state" with admin password "installed" but user's is not.

My motherboard is Intel D945GNT.

Dear community (and VU in particular) here comes the day that I admit my wrong-doings, and my bad conduct during my stay at this forum, it is so evident that I misbehaved and offended some of the members which made me look like a total stupid and a socially awkward insecure butthurt.

Even though some of you insulted me at first, my bad behaviour and inappropriate ethics aggravated the whole situation, and I eventually became a jerk, with my retarded comments and non-sense bullshit. Since the map focuses on vegetation, why not implement ambient sounds that has relation to jungle (for instance: birds and insects noises ) so I can hear them

Greetings everyone, I've been facing an issue since the past two weeks and I did everything but nothing worked;
whenever I open my vice city, I can only hear the ambience, none of SFX effects, cutscenes, radio stations work even though the audio folder is untouched, I downloaded the same folder from a trustworthy source, but didn't work, I can only hear the sound of water or the city ambience. I'd like to hear your opinion about this problem so I can fix it because in fact, playing vice city without sound is a pain in the arse.

EDIT: Cutscenes and radio work, just tested them now, but SFX still doesn't.
2xEDIT: changed audio hardware option to "rad game tools RSX 3d audio" the game lags a bit but I will think I will get
used to it since sounds work.
3xEDIT: GTA3 works fine and I don't want to stick to RAD because it literally sucks.

Since killerx's post, I started getting confused about how aimlock works so I thought it would be a great idea to make a debate for public awareness.
I am going to give links of video showing players' suspicious weapon shots.

1st: it literally proves nothing but there was a snappy shot, some players claim to be aimlock but it isn't
2nd: between 0:01 and 0:02 you can notice tzunam's snappy shot, players may even say it is aimlock but it is not.
3rd: some players say it is aimlock, others say it isn't and some say "it is suspicious/not enough evidence"
4th: this video is very obvious, it is aimlock.

what I am trying to say is a huge number of admins aren't totally aware of how aimlock works, as a result they keep banning innocent players by seeing their snappy shots while it isn't aimlock at all.
for the following months, I made a private search about how aimlock works but I didn't come to a result, I PM'ed many admins asking them some questions about the so called "aimbot" and I found different results.
some of them didn't bother to reply, the others kept saying "It is obvious you are an aimlocker and it is over" and ofcourse many kindly answered my questions.
so I decided to bring this up to public and I request everyone who tested or used aimlock before to help us know how it works by giving us information and solutions on this topic so admins can avoid misunderstandings and wrong decisions.
