I dunno, maybe I just like mods. The video was what slowed the game. You can call me a fool, but i think that mods make the game more creative. (Well in my own opinion at least)

I'm leaving this mod...

I have deleted all my mods and only have a FEW. Plus I also deleted a number of unused mods that were accumulating my CD disk space, therefore, making my internet / game faster + FPS ingame speed at a minimun of 30 - 35.

Mods I only installed:

VC Clean Cars Mod by princess.A.K.A.
GTA IV Hi-Res Streets.

That's It. Here's my progress in-game / playing with other people.

if he wants to make his own weapon.dat for singleplayer vice city, go ahead.. as long as he doesnt use it on XE

I still don't see how a permanent ban is justified. there's not enough proof.

also according to your logic in this quoted post, we should ban every single person based on the fact that they might use illegal mods

I made my own weapon.dat & pedgrp.dat on SINGLE player of Vice City. It was in a seperate folder called ''gtavc''

''gtavcmp'' was an original Vice City only with Multiplayer in it, where i was playing XE. I got rid of ALL my mods and

added a few. But only texture mods. (street & car reflection) c'mon Tical, youre breaking my heart.
