Why you want to join VU: I want to join VU because this clan is like "my father". It borned me. I used to be here and this clan constructed my skills (before i screwed up everything). I think i'm ready now to reapply now...

My opinion hasn't changed, no matter how "less of a moron" you have become. I have no wish having you under the VU tag and I'm completely against your presence here. After all the bullcrap things you have said, done to stain VU's reputation, I would even forbid to let you make an application.

Meh. I don't want to write a post full with hateful phrases, but I really do think it's stupid to have the same scene every 2 months. Why do you want to join VU anyway? AND What will VU gain from having you on the board? (That's a question also to everyone who voted trainee.)

Till now, in this application, the flow hasn't changed, they're all voting trainees. So. It's just all the same talks as in your last app.
Vote as you like bit in my opinion, accepting desfire again will be a big mistake that sooner or later we'll have to regret. This is the one question my position can't be changed.

I think that desfire has changed. We haven't got any bullshit posts from him and he has back-ed off our forums, usually before, he will post anything. You may be pissed off with my decision but desfire has both changed in forums and in game.

Q1: In the past, he may have tortured each one of us here, and gave himself a bad name even despite the times we banned him. He still comes on now and then. He doesn't speak on any other clan forums like he does here. He is interested with our community.

Q2: Well desfire isn't a scripter, nor server owner, but he does spend time working out new skills and  attitude while being clanless.

People change / mature when they get older so desfire, may not be that guy who we kicked anymore, he may just be a lifesaver (One day.)

I do believe in second chances....maybe i trust too much   :-\


But I dont want any hate between our clan members, so i am against any source that causes disruption in the unity, as i look upon VU as a family.

Therefore, my vote will stay NO since some of our members have past grudges against Las3r.
In case he is cool with everyone in future, ill change my vote.

I personally dont have anything against him...
But still the vote remains  :thumbsdown: for now

Umm, sir: That was long time ago + as you can see, at the moment i said that, i'm not really doing it. If i really started to post for post-count i would have about 1000 posts or something.

And sorry if you haven't seen me in-game but other VUs here who have seen me in-game and who have seen changes in me do have a good reason to vote possitive for me. Even adasko likes me now  ;D. But i wouldn't say the same thing about you, it's not my problem you still ignore me. One time i even proposed you to be friends and to stop ignoring each other, but you didn't agree...

What was the reason you left SkT anyway? And I will ask again- Why do you want to join VU? Why do you want to join it so badly, that you make an application every 2 months, even if you know that there are people who absolutely don't want to see you in the team?? The thing you mentioned in your app above is not a reason.

My VU mates- I respect all your votes and opinions, but this time, when it comes to the question about accepting desfire97 in the clan, sorry, but I'm sticking to my no and it can't be changed. But of course, that's just my personal opinion, the result still depends on what the majority has said.

However, were I to accept you into the clan Las3r, it seems it would cause huge contention between clan members, something I want to avoid at all costs. 2. If the person's intentions are supported by the group.
3. If the person is able to do the activities of the group.
4. If the person is able to freely communicate with the group.
5. Is the person is not Amenine.

You clearly don't understand why members reject him so harshly. Sometimes LaS3r just needs to know when to take a seat, and let members of the clan have their say since their opinions mainly draw the bridge to whether the leader should accept him or not.

Maybe if he just accepts it or ignores it instead of being a complete noob and making everyone feel like they are wrong about him, people will understand that he has matured from making everything look like a spamwar. All of his jibberish being sent back against members of the clan and how he interprets it gives a rightful meaning for the clan to throw the towels on him, because he does not show any respect for the clans saying, which is why he is having difficulties being accepted .

And to LaS3r, don't look as it as an exclaim towards you, rather you look as it as if I were sending you a small message on how to get accepted more often, than meaningless push-downs like now, as if some members (including me, which i apologize), would rather drive off-topic than to have a final saying in it, therefore making you have to wait for nearly 2 - 3 weeks or so.

The only reason everything going off topic is because we don't know what to decide. Some want Las3r in the clan, some don't. None of them seem to change their minds on this issue. Mostly because LaS3r is this controversial person that has strong mood swings. And each of us have been effected by him differently. As far as I have been in contact with LaS3r, hes been a pretty awesome person to me. It's pretty much 50-50. Maybe Las3r should do something amazing to persuade everyone? Maybe he should carve a wooden tablet with the letters VU on it? I'm pretty sure that would win him a couple of votes :)

Call me blind but I don't see him changed so much at all. This application has been up for 11 days now and las3r hasn't given any arguments of why he deserves to be here. As far as I see, for him VU would be a comfortable place to sit in and would guarantee him a bigger chance of being 'respected' more in the vc:mp community.
Maybe the reasons aren't actually so primitive as I see them, but since Laser hasn't said it himself, that's what I see. I'm sure he understands what he has done in the past, though I'm not so sure he would wear the VU_T with full responsibility.

Well, but I see that you, my mates, do and I trust/respect your opinions. Charley didn't have trust in Landwind when he reapplied as well, though he solidarized with others and we all can see the progress gamerx has made. So it wouldn't be correct from me to go against all the Trainee votes in this application.

Since Desifre hasn't proved me anything and I don't have a reason to respect him again, I'm staying with my no. Though this is democracy and I have many reasons to respect the votes and opinions from other VU members, I'm not going to object and feel free to accept this, if you have decided so.  :thumbsup:

Well , in my opinion, the chances of LaS3r getting accepted is 40%.

And its either because:

-Members have a strong dislike against him.
-Members don't want to see lots of arguments between him ( [VU_T] ) and higher members.
-Or had a chance to straighten himself last time, but may have blew his chances for this one

Although with mine, Fox, Chars, and SanDsk's vote, i'd say about 55%

But it can still go either way at this point.

Now I got a new, much better pc, just have to find time to download vc and figure out how to make it work on a windows 7.

And there's no need to explain me what is the point of accepting someone as a "trainee", I've been talking about it in my many "essay-type" posts before. Like I said before- "Las3r" is a different case and now there is no need to shout out the negative since he is already accepted as a VU_T. Now I can wish him good luck, more maturity, less unnecessary posts/jokes/flaming and other things he should change in his temper.


/Hope the post was logical, it's hard to think after yesterday. My eyes are closing, head is aching and the hangover is doing it's job.

You Hacked, you cheated, and since the Management knows that you did this, there's no mistake here.

If anybody could use both AP and HP on full, it would have to be a trainer, especially when scripts are off... When scripts are down, it only stops the process of tele-porting to places, players, reviewing stats, etc... If your case were true, this would happen plenty of times to many players, but this incident only came from you.

You can try to say w/e to back up your judgement, but you're really in the coffin now.

This actually looks pretty doubtful to me + I'm not sure if Las3r could actually be as stupid as that, to hack using his own nickname, after all this time he had tried to get in VU. (Well in his application he didn't show that much effort with his 5 posts, but still ...) But I do know that he can be a "nail in your ass" that you might want to get rid of.

This is suspicious and I'm not completely sure it was Las3r's fault, but obviously there is more proof that he hacked than his armour/hp could be set by someone else (or w/e could happen in this crazy, limitless IT world.) But that other option is just as unthinkable (but possible) as the first one (also possible).

Anyway, with the lack of evidence that Las3r wasn't hacking (if he really wasn't) and with the attitude he shows, he might be completely, permanently banned from XE and we might need to start a serious discussion/voting about removing Las3r from our clan member list.

Well, there was this thing i noticed:

While i was playing, there was another hacker ingame. Everytime i pass over him when he was dead, or maybe - everytime i kill him, i get armour. But i'm not sure :/

Could be anything... but i wasn't hacking. And instead of pointing at me that i was hacking (not true), try to find another reason for this.

As for now, i'm leaving VC-MP due to it's stupid, retarded, community + these bugs. But who knows - maybe some weeks after this some of you will find the problem, but it will be to late.

I doubt all admins have rcon access in XE.

for peace of mind, this is something I investigated thoroughly.

I checked the XE server logs, and they showed no successful rcon admin login at any point yesterday by anybody besides me, or the day before. Furthermore I, and Thijn are the only ones with access to the actual server files, so this rules out the possibility of a log deletion.

Also only management is aware of the rcon password, not even every member of management knows it

So we've ruled out this possibility of admin abuse.

Yo dawgs, it's been a long time. Anything new? Did you found the solution about my problem yet?
In the passed time, I made a list of all possibilities. And I found that the only way I receaved armour was that TLK.Sephiroth, through rcon, set me armour.

Yeah, don't get mad about it. I know most of you people are like: "But mang, Sephi is mi 1# Nigga, man. He, by heart, will never do this, yo! GTFO!". Yeah, but me and Sephi here are 1# enemys for a very, very long time.

Before getting accepted in VU he was probably about to use his ban hammer. But after getting accepted in VU....

So I'm asking you a favor: Start searching the Mfucking solution. I wasn't hacking there that day (belive it or not).

Besides the thing that sealed your fate with a permaban was instead of just letting us investigate the possible options. You rejoined the server with a different name trying to evade. That is what got you banned

it's not my business nor do I care why you got kicked from VU. But since you left we had a banlist reset, you're free to play in XE if you should desire to do so..

well in the past I tried to work with you after the ban, maybe you accidentally downloaded something that injected a trainer in your vc. but you didn't take very kindly to it and you treated me like shit

All i ask is that you stop blaming me, I didn't do any of this or cause it. I tried to help you many times, but you gave me the cold shoulder or spammed me with "u mad"

EDIT: How come my GTA Vice City has a trainer injected into it, when I played with it for over a year without any probs?

Problem solved! (I guess). Wasn't me hacking, nor any admin abusing. The server was switching versions therefore I started receaving things.
Can I go back to VU like the time before this happend? :(

XGamer, you've stated your opinion, please refrain from posting back to everything Laser says and especially talking like you represent the whole of VU's opinion.

The new script/version came in quite a while after you got banned Laser. There was no trace of anything different in the script that you were playing on to the script that had been running for the last year or so.
