If you talk about deadliest players so there's Freak in my opinion which is hard to kill, Amal too, their hitbox is different from others, always have to aim ahead or 1-2 inches side by to get them down, i only feel difficulties with them and yeah Blitz too, maybe i am the only one but they're definitely trump cards for a team..
