Conditions:
- 5v5
- 4 bases: 1 base - 12 10 minutes
- RPG set limited to 1
- RPG minimum range 20 meters NOT 24 meters
- 300 ping limit
- other rules = server rules

So ya'll know that i used to use Public Wi-Fi and all these players are from my neighbours. Whenever Electricity goes off we y'all get timeout same time. What's wrong in it?
