Hello guys,Today I'm going to introduce a new server to you.

Information:

The server is based on DM and if any clan wants to play CW on SDC,He's welcome to play.

A unique way to control clans on the server:

The clan leader/representative needs to appeal at our Clan Appeal section/board in order to appeal for their clan, the application for the clan will be on process and once it gets accepted by staff. The clan will be added to the server with their 3 minor tags along with the leader/representative assigned by the admin. The leader/representative will be able to add the clan members or remove the members whom they have added. The members who have been added by the leader/representative will be able to enter the server if they uses the tag. All the kills made by the minor tag will be saved to the main tag. The players who will be using the tag and if they aren't added by their clan representative/leader they will be kicked automatically.

A New house System:

Housing system has been added in which there will be 20 houses in total around Little havana and Little Haitai. The houses are located in near the cuban base as well as haitian base. The cost for each house is expensive which will be around 1 million. We have also implemented interiors in which every player can see the house by typing /enterh <ID>. If the owner wish to lock the house they could lock it and the players wont be able to enter the house as well as the owner could be able to unlock it whenever they wishes.

For now we have only 20 houses, in future we would increase it. Every player can only purchase one house.

- Update -

The new race system:

As most of the players in the server gets bored just of death-matching and dueling. With this update the players would no longer be bored in the server.

This race is developed in a unique way with random vehicles which includes the following:

☆ Infernus
☆ Hotring
☆ PCJ-600
☆ Banshee
☆ Phoenix
☆ Cheetah

The vehicles in the race will be selected randomly by the server, the race begins from Hanger (Vice-Port) and ends at Film studios ( Prawn Island). The reward for the first holder in the race will gains $3000, second holder gains $2000, 3rd holder $1000, forth $750 and fifth $500. The racer will win the match only if the racer picks up the pickup at the entrance of film studios. If the race gets killed/died/leaves the server, the racer will be disqualified from the race. The command to start the race is !startrace and to join in the race is !joinrace

Property system:

In addition to houses a new property system has been implemented which will give you earnings if you have purchased the property. 20 properties has been added around vice-city and the cost of the property starts from 1.5 million which can spike to 16.5 million, the cost of the properties depends on the structure how it looks. The property owner cannot be able to share the property with their friends.

How can I earn cash from my property?
You will get the appropriate cash that will be shown in the information pickup of the each property every and you can earn the cash every each hour you play in the server.
