SvM is out and I think, there is no use of talking about things in the past.

The script was released by Hero ( No Credits to him XD ) Secondly the Server is Nice contains some good commands but improvement still needed before it can reach the Level of SvM

The Script which released by Hero , i am the one who he shared with at first place , that script is pawno based script with no irc support + alots of bug , if you have joined the server for a sec , there is many a lot feature than Hero's TDM script ,
RobinX @ the script is totally scripted by a Spanish scripter known as Player787 , Bother of Lokillo , and his english is not fine , the matter of fact that atleast he tried.
It's simple to copy SvM and rename it to SvD.

If you have such type of mind , why don't you just try to make a simple copy of that server you're talking bout? and why you caring you dont even play there at all and as my knowledge says you wasn't even there when SvM exist in VC:MP?

Sorry to tell you that these extremely wrong, I'm not people using other writings, and is squirrel and this server is created by me and Yoshifirebird, NightShadow ;)
