30 minutes prior to the event beginning, diplomacy apps will no longer be required to be acknowledged. Applications opened before the deadline will still be processed, but because the event will be beginning at that time, there will be few resources for tasks such as processing new player applications, and as such, we may not make any new accounts, and new applications may be ignored. There is still the off chance that a kinder administrator may still create an account for you.
If you still have not made an application for Vice War III, get your affairs in order.
