If so many of your clan members are banned from the forum, you really need to evaluate your members' attitudes.
I lean toward allowing it, but I'm more on the fence on applying for your clanmates, so wait for Castagna and/or aXXo to decide on it.

No, you can not add their names.
Can't trust NYB memberlist. I smell too much multi-accounting.
Ask each of them to register on VU forum personally. If they are banned, ask a global moderator (Thijn or Castagna) to check their bans. You can contact them on IRC.

After discussion among management, your clan has been banned from participation for the following reasons:
Widespread rulebreaking and lack of leadership

The fact that members of NYB are banned this often and this much is a clear sign that there is a lack of competent leadership within it, which makes it seem like you are not an organized gang of fighters, but more of a loosely unionized team of hackers, laggers, and cheaters.
Habitual ban evasion
You and several other NYB clan members have been found ban evading on various servers, including EA and XE, including varied incidents where you, yourself, had ban evaded on EA just to harass members of the VU clan. Evidence of this can be found in a select few of the above reports of cheating and rulebreaking.
Unacceptable attitude
You and your clanmates also have extreme contempt for general authority and other players as a whole for "disrespecting" your clan when you have done absolutely nothing to earn any respect or standing in the community. Notably:

For the above reasons, we have absolutely no faith in your clan's ability to follow the event rules, to compete in a fair manner, and to accept any reprimands with any grace whatsoever. Your presence would be a complete toxin to an event as major as Vice War.
On top of the varied offenses you guys have committed in numerous servers, the overwhelmingly negative response to the idea of your clan's participation from other participating clans and individuals gives us exactly zero reasons to justify NYB playing in Vice War III. As such, NYB members cannot register as individuals and will not be granted accounts to join the server this year.

NYB is being unbanned from Vice War as a matter of principle, as we cannot sustain a ban on a clan for generally poor conduct when inviting and accepting clans whose behavior are on par or worse.
The limitations on registration that aXXo had imposed remain in place:
- Each clan member registering must post their own application on their own forum accounts.
You may NOT apply on behalf of another clan member for reasons of security and organization: it keeps players from multiaccounting and also maintains more efficient bans.
- Clan members banned from this forum must sort their bans out themselves.
If a clan member applying to VW3 is banned from the forum, you are still not allowed to apply on their behalf. You must have them get their IP address (http://www.whatismyip.com) and contact a forum administrator to have their bans lifted temporarily for the sole purpose of posting an application.
Your original application was not valid as you were attempting to register on behalf of all your clan members who very likely have far more variable pings than the range you posted, and for that reason, I highly advise you check the application format again:

Bear in mind that event administrators may be on higher alert from misconduct from your clan as a result of your (now void) ban, so ensure that your clan members are fully aware and knowledgeable of the event rules (http://vu.vrocker-hosting.co.uk/index.php?topic=4521.0), as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse for appealing a ban.
