Can those voting no in the poll please state their reasons? So far the only reason given is that Roy left UF because of inactive management.

First of all , i mentioned the whole UF inactive management case above in previous posts and i always say that if you are up with a negative vote please state the reason what i lack and what i need to improve. i'm looking forward for your suggestions :)
