No, first of all you rulebreak on XAD being told NOT TO snipeglitch from inside of buildings, second your english is not too comprehensive, third, I think you should grow up a bit before joining VU, fourth, I personally don't like you either.

Shawn has some flaws as any of us, but it's a little problem, something that he can improve over time. He is friendly and look like a kind guy. Beside, his english is understandable, anyways he has to keep working on his English. His attitude isn't bad at all, he has its ups and downs like all. Based on his skill... he has good skills, but need to work on his team skills. I think he would be a good in the Trainee rank, because there he can improve all those flaws over the time. Anyways, its a "training" rank, if he do something really wrong, he should get any punishment.

He has to keep working for improve himself.
