So, where to start... I met Norman when we were 16-17 years old. We met together in VU, we played together in VU and we became friends in VU.

Time flew and it's been four years since that. On his last application, I voted a straight "no" for Norman out of his condescending attitude and rapid return to the game, without enough interaction with our members.

This time I decided to talk to him a little more and see what's going on within his mind.

Out of the chat that I had with Norman, I have decided to vote Trainee this time.

He has recognized his virtues and vices, his past and present, and his personal growth in mind and soul. The main reason for my vote is that I somehow sense the true Norman behind prejudices and past experiences.

There are some things that back Norman off from being accepted, but I hope a positive vote will encourage him towards a more active role in trying to demonstrate his true self. I am open to give my reasons in detail to any who has doubts about my vote.

One of the things that I was not able to appreciate from this community were Vice-Wars. I was often away at the time these events were organised.

However, out of the three Vice-Wars I participated in (VW3, VW7 & VW9), I prefer Vice War 3 because of my age at that moment. Everything is magic when you are 11 years old in this kind of games, you feel it different.

I understand your decision, my friend. I will miss you. It is true that many members are losing interest, some are busy (including me) but unfortunately we can't do anything about this.

I hope we stay in contact!

After a while here... I guess it's time to change my original comment.

The best clan I've ever been in is VU. My stay in this clan has been one of the most heartwarming, kind and friendly.

I am re-confirming my Trainee vote, and I also encourage my fellow members to play with K so you notice his potential.

This guy is a very funny, polite one. He is also a very skilled player.

But after that if I get denied, I would have to wait a month. It is better if I get their opinion and improve myself or something like that.

Norman, as much as I respect you for our past friendship, I also have to tell you that this isn't the way. This topic is senseless. But I will give you a few things that you can take for further improvement:

- Your patience: You're talking about 1 month as it were a lot of time. It is not, and specially not if you wish to pursue a change. A lot of people in this family strived to be better people, and those changes took from months to years. Am I saying that you must wait years to join VU? No, but definitely you should start considering thinking less about time and more about improving.

- Your activity in game: Where are you? We need active players. If you're interested just for the sake of becoming a VU and wear a rank in our forum it's okay, but definitely not what we need. Activity is a bedrock for anything: otherwise it is also impossible to see your changes.

- Your honesty / your authenticity: just be yourself, do not try to seek magic solutions here. The only way you will convince us of a true change will be through being authentic. We can smell weak intentions and fakeness miles away.

That's the most I can do for you, and it's been generous: I strongly recommend you to apply whenever you want to hear opinions about you. Don't expect exclusive treatment and feedback next time, because it's simply not fair for other applicants.
