fuckin... broken PC

idk what wrong... but PC i used only for vcmp, for other thing i use Laptop, so i won't buy new one just for vcmp. if you ask why i don't use lap for it, i'll answer every time i open vcmp and connect for any server it tells me you must use gta:vc 1.0, but i use the same version which was at PC...
