Improvements from VW3

Just went through trash and moan topics from VW3, the two most prominent complains were:

1. Crashes
The script looked fine when tested. Crashes were random and could not be reproduced. I'm not sure what else can be done to prevent them.

2. Players refusing to spawn, to prevent opposition to gain points.
A system like Battlefield where team bleeds ticket when opponents control more than half of the bases can address this issue.
I think next time we should have it like points generated every 15 minutes or 10 minutes or so on base captured
So, each minute both teams gain points equal to the number of bases controlled by them at that moment.
