will there be another season of VCDC? it has been almost three years since the last VCDC event took place in VCMP and I personally think it's time to release a new season of VCDC to get out of the rut :police:
-
Let's see :D

Timing is important though, VCDC is hella hard to organize, you get around 100 people who are able to turn up at a moments notice for a whole month or so. Maybe hold on til summer.

This has become a must because most of the so-called high skilled players of today are far from playing a non-laggy game. Plus they combine their low FPS with high ping so things get more difficult for the opposition who plays with a stable frame rate and low ping. Doesn't make sense when you shoot in the perfect time but the opposition doesn't get damaged.
-
Also play it in the version that doesn't allow punchbug, very shitty for low pingers since most of the times we don't even see the animation and don't realize we're bugged while fighting high ping.

well, that's what admins/referees are for, they must decide whether continue or not the match as well as accepting participants' applications

Nothing wrong with frame limiter in fact 30 fps is not bad

Who needs benchmark test for VCDC? On any place you, referee and your opponent play with weapons. We don't have to drive vehicles or use explosives for this lol

Still some people cant get stable 30 fps in a lobby.

as I already stated: it's fighters'/admins'/referees' decision either start/continue or cancel the match they're on if any of the opponents are uncomfortable with the latency of their opponent or any other nuisance
-
Admins and referees can be biased, people can claim they lost to the other person's lag (now that we've brought the lag issue up) and restarting matchups based on that might be more complicated then it seems. Why not have some standards to begin with?
If anyone's having trouble passing that VW benchmark in 2020 it's best they're quarantined from the general population.
