No I don't. My game runs smooth at max settings (resolution: 1366x768, max view distance). And my game always runs at constant 30 FPS. The vid isn't that smooth because I set xfire to record it at 25 FPS.

don't know if you're new, but flamesay is a lagger (not saying it in a bad way cause it does sound like that, I'm a lagger too), so he pretty much has to predict where his target's gonna go and aim there.
