Ive been experimenting with WinSocks lately and I wrote a nice compact little application. It's basically a console chat client/server. So if you want a light, portable, simple old school chat tool that takes 40KB, this is the right thing for you. You can chat using two IP protocols - TCP and UDP. I suggest using TCP.

Client - Mirror
Server - Mirror

Not really useful, but it's looking nice

and maybe a admin mod system kind of thing

Yeah I know. A console window isn't really meant for chatting anyways. I'll do a more complex one with windows GUI soon.
