Withdrawing from the event is strictly frowned upon. When a player withdraws, the rest of the group's scoring becomes unfairly messed up and for some players, the qualification scores have to be adjusted by administration.
Replacement Policy
If a player withdraws without playing any matches, a new player from the reserves will take their place. The reserve player will be picked from the same region(West, Central or East) in a first come first serve order.
Scoring
If a player withdraws from the event after playing one or more matches. All their matches(future and past) will be changed to a Loss(5-0, 5-0, 5-0).
