Vice War - First Time

Dear VU Staff,

My name is Azem and I usually play VCCNR in VC:MP. I found out today that Vice War has been closed, and it's my first time knowing about Vice War, I really wanna participate, so I am kindly asking you to make an exception for me, I really was clueless about it closing today and my friends told me about it, I felt a little outside because all my friends participated.

I wish this can be fulfilled, thank you alot!
