Well I haven't met you before, but it seems you speak fairly good English. For that reason I guess I'll vote trainee provisionally until I hear from some other VUs.
Also, anyone can have their say here, not just VUs.

Havent seen you Ingame.
But i'd say trainee from your application.
I like the part that you are being honest about your 1 month experience.
And, I see you are making progress. Spaz, molotovs and M60 are the deadliest weps in VCMP.
Thought they might not be very popular....but cant expect a new guy to bam bam with a stubby, can we? ::)
