About the server after downloading go to server browser and type TRF, you will see TRF Turkey server, click on it and have fun.
Num 0 to shoot rockets and shift to jump.

i personally prefer mta because of the map editor, plus the servers might not be as many as in sa-mp, but they have many and very cool features

If youy have a good PC, running SAMP and MTA:SA shouldn't be any problem. Unfortunately, for me, I have an old computer so i had to leave the MTASA and SFR community on SAMP. It was a lot of fun :(
