Should we have more than 1 Ladder?

Ok so there's a question going on atm, should we allow shotgun? This aint just a yes or no question, there are alternatives. One of which is having more than one ladder. Ladders could include:

Stubby Ladder
Shotgun Ladder
Long range Ladder
All weapons Ladder
Paired Fights Ladder
Group Fights Ladder

We're not saying these will definately all come into practise, if the vote is for them but we may consider adding a couple more. We need your opinions first though.

This idea (to use different weapons, but not in different ladder and not yet with rank system) is already posted in server suggestions on XE forum... It'll be released when scripts will be unlaggy I hope  we don't need too many ladders.
Btw, don't steal ideas from XE (pair fights, etc..)

Hahaha! Do u even know if XE had that idea first? And tell me why would we steal any ideas from XE? We are just continuing VCDC dat was aXXo's idea. Not XE's

Actually UJ, if you're gonna try to be a smart arse about it all it was [DU]_Cola_Skys idea. He first posted it in his clan forum, for his clan members, then suggested it for XE. Have you noticed who else is a VCMP Ladder referee? You guessed it, it's cola! It's just an idea, as I said these aren't final commitments just ideas.

Also may I add, that idea has been suggested in the private section of the XE forums. You are expected to keep things said in there private. If you really had an issue with my suggesting of this, then you should have PMed me about it in a civilised manner, instead of accusing me of 'stealing' ideas. Think before you type kiddo.

Imo so many ladders will lead to distribution of participants.
i think we will like 1 ladder with 25 players better than 10 ladders with 5 players.
coz i think a player will participate in 2-3 ladders on average.
