Clan Members Application Instructions - Haitians

How to register my clan?
If you want to register your clan in the event, create a new topic with the subject <YOUR CLAN TAG> <Clan Name>, for example, [VU] Vice Underdogs. Please make sure that the application is posted or approved by a clan leader or equivalent member.

Lock Team (Yes/No):

The Lock Team feature allows the management to re-balance the teams if one of the team ends up severely outnumbered.

By selecting 'No' in Lock Team, the clan accepts that the management is allowed to move the entire clan in any team to balance the event. The management will consider the team preference in the best way possible, but if one of the teams is heavily outnumbered, appropriate clans will be transferred to that team.

Clans have the liberty to select 'Yes' to lock their team. By selecting 'Yes', the clan expresses that it does not want the management to change their team against their preference under any circumstance.

The management will grant free cookies to clans for selecting 'No'. This allows us to have a better and balanced event.

How to register myself in the tournament with my clan?

If your clan's topic exists on this board, reply to it with the following message:

If your clan is officially participating in the event, then you have to apply as a member of the clan. What is Diplomacy?

Diplomacy
As the event consists of two teams: Cubans and Haitians. You have to choose a side you'll be playing for during the event. Once your team is registered, it can not be changed. So, choose wisely.

How does diplomacy work?
All clans are free to choose, they decide what clan they're going to play with or against, clan leaders (or equivalent) take a responsibility for choosing a team, so if a leader chooses a team for their clan, the members of this clan will be playing for that team. This time we have child boards specially made for each of the teams.

Clan-less Players
Clanless players apply individually in any team of their choice.

Team Balancing
If the event faces the adversity of being unbalanced in original team line ups, the management will move applicants to balance the teams. When applying for the event, the applicants can lock or unlock their team preference. The management will not change the teams for locked applicants under any circumstance.

In the 'Run' prompt, enter 'cmd'.
In the black command prompt window, enter 'ping vicefront.com'.

Alternatively, add the Vice War VI - The Havana Hazard server in your VCMP favorites - IP: <vicefront.com:8195> or <188.166.79.144:8195>, and check the ping it yields.

What is Lock Team option?
