Just looked over your application again because I seemed to remembered something similar happened with you and MK.

To me this just looks like the lack of patience and distaste for teamwork that the MKs described in you. Perhaps if you had voiced some of your concerns we could have addressed them, but instead you just left, much in the same way you did in MK. I'm not saying you're a bad person, but it's good that you've left, we don't need people who think their problems will fix themselves, without them doing something about it.
