Well if I were you, I would have reapplied a bit later.. You have progressed and a few weeks would be just perfect to convince most of the VUs.

Something has happened to you, but something good. Like I said in the svm admin application, I could call you a pretty good player now, I've seen you in SvM a lot.

So. If on your first reapply you said this:

Right, and dont always comment on w/e desfire's got to say, cause that seems like the only person you fight with here. Just ignore him. Remember desfire, is our entertainment guy, just laugh at his BlugarEnglish, singing and whatnot.

I must say, Unlike many many MANY players who got denied/kicked or any other reason why they should improve you are one of the only ones I know who actually made some progress.
I think you're a nice guy and if you weren't landwind you would be accepted already (in my opinion).
But still, If you see how much you improved you are worth a chance.
So, I'm going to vote Rookie.
