Isn't VCCT an exclusive community event with it's own server like last time (hosted-by VU), rather than an EA/D event?

Indeed it's a community event. Zegro approached me a long time ago asking to make VCCT together, using the VU platform to promote and organise the event. In season 2, Morphine took over as management. As far as I'm concerned, Morphine should say whether VCCT can go ahead again, and who should take over as management; last season was his baby, so it's his call. WilsOn told me that he'd spoken to Morph, and he was fine with it.
