• 11 years old is very young, and our members might not be comfortable accepting someone so young unless they can demonstrate a high degree of maturity. Even then, there'd be hesitation.
• We don't really know you. I don't think you've really played with our clan, nor are you friendly with our members. You should be playing with us more before applying, or making more of a respected name for yourself in the community.
• You're applying right after leaving CF. This gives the impression of clanhopping.
• It's hard to make the case for accepting you when you just recently left a clan that is about to play us in a clanwar, especially when we're not familiar with you. It makes it look like you're joining to try to figure out what strategies we might be using, regardless of whether or not that's the case.

Is this line dedicated solely to playing the clanwar, or will there be other people like family or friends using the network for stuff like Internet browsing? This is a pretty limited connection, and even if there aren't other people using it, my concern is that there might be software like an antivirus program or Windows downloading updates that would use bandwidth in the background.

For what it's worth, if absolutely nothing else was running on the connection, 2mbps would be more than sufficient for a VC:MP game. Even in a worst-case scenario, I don't expect it to use more than 256kb/s in normal gameplay.

That's why we generally rule on guilty and not guilty, rather than guilty and innocent. The implications are different. Some systems also have "not proven."

stormeus is one of vc:mp dev, as far as the use of hack is concerned, a doctor must diagnose a disease to cure it, There is no solid proof that stormeus has been involved in using hacks or distributing them in official servers.

Just to be fair here, I'm pretty sure that was recorded and made before I became a developer.
