I don't think this is strictly limited to your in-game playtime but also your participation in the community: for instance, you haven't participated in this season of VCDC, last season, or Vice War, and your activity precluded you from participating in EAD League. Improving your activity in these regards and participating in community events as either a fighter or organizer would probably help in the future.
