They're done with winters I guess, it's only Asia/Africa with unbalanced weather, it was raining today in India's capital too, and it was warm here in evening a lot, it's the best time for him to hit the beach anyways, 25C is moderated temperature after all xD

Not here, only chilled winds with moist atmosphere, we started to get summer vibes as well xD, winters used to last March, but now I don't think so it'll surpass even Valentine's day, maybe, xD for an example, I can tell you I am sitting on boxers with a skinny tshirt D:
