My account has been banned due to UID mismatch and transfer my nick too

Account reset and nick changed. Since your appeal was before December 23rd, you have one more chance should you get another strike. Please redo the benchmark tests in order to be reapproved. You need at least 30 FPS in test 1 and test 2, and 25 FPS in test 3 and test 4
