Title: Forum Upgrade completed!

After the upgrade script took more then 3.5 hours to complete I finally finished upgrading the forums to SMF 2.0!

This hopefully should fix multiple issues, including security.

Please let me know if anything got broken, as I also had to rewrite a lot of my own SMF Mods that were not compatible with SMF 2.0.

One thing I've just noticed, thumbsup and thumbsdown smilies seem to be bugged.
