*Vote for person whether no / yes
*if you hate him just keep calm. just don't spam with bloody unwanted abuses to him.
*wait for others
*if he gets accepted.forget his past for at the moment and make him friend or clan fella
*if you can't do that.just try to be good and pretend to be friend at least.
*if you can't do that. i might just say. Back off and do your own work.the person will show his color soon
*if you still think he is bad.get a proper proof against him without insulting / abusing him while taking proof or on report application.

Well, I guess Fercho just wants to play the damn game and not spend half of his gameplay on the chat. As he said, he only responds to questions in-game.

What I would suggest for Fercho is to hang around in mIRC oftenly (if you want, I can set it up for you - cracks, scripts for automating your mIRC, etc.)

Pascal there is easy solution for that.
if someone do not answer you. it means that he is ignoring you or he don't understand your language.
why you care if he doesn't answer? will you die? it doesn't matters. just say hai to world and look no one answers.

Solution: Ignore them too.
