So I’m quite behind schedule on this one – but better later than never. This is my list, in no particular order, of people who I believe have left an impact on VC-MP, myself, or both.
1. stormeus/maxorator – no questions asked, the former having, in my opinion, greatly motivated the release of VC-MP 0.4
2. Thijn – the most talented forum administrator, with scripting skills also perhaps second to none, has taught me loads about the technical side of VC-MP’s servers, websites and whatever else possible
3. Charley – it is pretty much thanks to him that I started my administrating career in VC-MP, has given me a chance by moderating SvM whilst quite many were against it, wouldn’t have achieved much that I have in this direction if it weren’t for him
3. Hanney – I was, at some point, an excellent DMer and much of my achievements were thanks to very lengthy practice sessions with Hanney
4. Tical – most talented server manager I have come across in 6 years of my VC-MP journey, perhaps. Has taught me lots about administrating servers, decision making, rational thinking and communication with players.
5. [OFF]Tom – has, along with the original WK roster, created a surge in player count in many of today’s VC-MP servers and the team deserves all honors possible in this context. They know how to bring servers to life like no other.
6. Klaus/aXXo – these two (or at least Klaus) most probably know me the best from this list and I’d just like to thank both of them for keeping up with my shit.
7. Force – his FBS script has served as a foundation to my learning of the Squirrel language, and I believe I am not the only one that thinks that way.
8. Ryz/Baldachyn – brought DnA back to life, albeit for not too long of a period, and by doing so have brought competition and a lot of laughter to VC-MP for as long as DnA was running.
9. Gudio – his concept of automated A/D matches still lives to this day, and he definitely deserves merit for that.
10. Darfy – my fellow LW manager, we’ve definitely been through a lot
11. [NYB]HONEY_SINGH – top 1 comedian of VC-MP, has brought laughter to many in this community
