UID mismatch ban

ingame nick: [NAR]Tyler
i got banned for uid mismatch on the vw8 server because i bought a new laptop from the time i registered for the event although i m using the same account, can this problem be solved?

You need to re-take benchmark test, then join server when an admin approves your result.
